The Hillphoenix Industrial Addition and Renovation project aims to enhance the functionality, aesthetics, and employee experience of the company's facilities. With a focus on promoting collaboration, productivity, and brand coherence, the addition will include a spacious cafeteria accommodating up to 150 individuals, while the renovation will encompass office spaces, workstations, conference areas, collaborative spaces, flex offices, and a product showroom. Throughout the design process, adherence to the company's branding guide ensures consistency and alignment with Hillphoenix's corporate identity.
Cafeteria Addition: Capacity and Layout
The cafeteria addition is designed to accommodate 150 persons comfortably, fostering a sense of community and camaraderie among employees. Various seating options including booths, counter-height, and bar-height seating are strategically positioned to offer flexibility and cater to diverse preferences. The layout prioritizes flow and accessibility, ensuring ease of movement and efficient utilization of space.
Two custom microwave stations are integrated into the cafeteria design, providing convenience and flexibility for employees to warm their meals. The stations are strategically located to minimize congestion and optimize workflow within the cafeteria area.
All fabrics, colors, and design elements within the cafeteria adhere to Hillphoenix's branding guidelines, ensuring a cohesive and unified aesthetic that reflects the company's identity. Attention to detail is given to the selection of materials, finishes, and furnishings to create a welcoming and visually appealing environment.
Renovation Features: New Offices and Showroom
The renovation includes the introduction of new office spaces and workstations designed to enhance employee comfort, productivity, and collaboration. Ergonomic furniture, sit-stand desking and ample storage solutions are incorporated to promote a conducive work environment. Flex offices are introduced to accommodate the evolving needs of employees, providing versatile spaces that can be adapted for individual work or team collaboration as needed. The renovation includes the creation of a product showroom designed to showcase Hillphoenix's latest innovations, technologies, and solutions.
